- Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email, WhatsApp, or official form).
A token advance may be required to confirm the moving schedule.
Quotation provided is valid only for a limited time, and subject to changes based on distance, weight, and service type.
- Packing & Handling
We use high-quality packing materials and trained staff for safe handling.
Fragile or high-value items (e.g., glassware, electronics, antiques) should be informed in advance for special packaging.
We are not liable for items packed by the customer themselves unless pre-inspected by our team.
- Delays & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, vehicle breakdown, or government restrictions.
- We aim for timely delivery but shall not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
- Full payment must be made before unloading at the destination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.
- GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra as per government norms.
- Transit insurance is optional and can be availed at extra cost.
- In case of damage or loss, only insured goods will be eligible for claims, subject to terms of the insurance provider.
- Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photo proof.
- Stored items must be declared properly; perishable, flammable, illegal, or hazardous items are strictly not allowed.
- Storage rent must be paid monthly or as per agreement. Delays may result in penalties or disposal of goods.
- Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled pickup may be eligible for partial refund.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in full or partial forfeiture of the advance.
- Ensure proper access to pickup and drop locations (e.g., lift access, permissions in societies).
